 My decoding of naukri & how my profile used to be fetched for Interviews.

1)Experienced people should have your resume length not exceeding 2 pages..following standard font throughout..say Timesnew roman 11...For Freshers try to enlist in One page more than sufficient.
2)Now upload ur resume in Rezscore by Times job or naukri Resume Quality score to verify how well ur resume performs...& try to correct those areas.
3)Now upload those resumes in ur Naukri profile which should be 100% profile complete... all the project areas, skills for the job u r looking for... etc.
4)This is very very important(whether people agree or not), choose less competitive Locations with huge IT backing.. I prefer chennai(mostly) or Bangalore for this. Reasons i had seen...i am not that good at reasoning & aptitude just above average level..which is not at all sufficient in Bangalore or Hyderabad(so u cannot clear 1st round itself even though u r technically toooo strong) but i could get through in a written test answering 6 out of 10 questions in a 250+ competition with mostly freshers.... So u can understand, less competition as most people don't prefer these locations.
5)So my suggestion to choose such locations as preference in ur profile for getting into job quickly...
6)update ur resume(just delete ur resume and upload it again thats enough) daily at least thrice.. morning 8:50 to 9:00 AM, Around 11:00 AM, Around 3:30 to 4:00 PM..
this makes ur resume highly active & within days time u can see the response which comes out of this process. 
7)U need to understand as ur profile Views & downloads get improved by using the above ways.. Hence ur Profile performance improves.. henceforth a star rating on a scale of 5 gets improved - Naukri rating based on which employers pick the profiles.
8)Ya i do understand, some will have questions? hw do you predict this.. since i had done the same & i had multiples of calls from consultancies, companies & finally i got IN & didn't update it for a week now & slowly i stopped receiving calls now....
So that's all easy guys & that's my analysis with Naukri & other job portals....& even its the way i succeeded in my journey.
